cross country

 last Friday on a cloudy afternoon room 19, room 20 went on the field to get ready for cross country. When we sat down multiple people came to the field then sat down. There  was loud music coming out of the speaker. When all of pt england was here Mr burt called out the year 4 boysfirst so we stood up then went behind the line then Mr burt clapped. Thenwe took of. we were outside the nschool  followed the track then we saw our first red flag so we ran around it then went on tofollow the track. When I finished the track. This weird thing always happen when i run out of breath. but anyways I finished so thats all.
